Terms and Conditions of Sale

ALL SALES ARE SUBJECT TO OREC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, WHICH ARE ATTACHED TO ALL INVOICES FOR PRODUCTS AND INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ALL PRODUCTS, PRICING, TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Payment

All online orders are accepted on the basis of payment by valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card.

Return Goods Policy

Products that are not defective in material or workmanship may be returned at customer’s expense for full credit within 30 days of shipment. Product will not be approved for return later than thirty (30) days after shipment.

All products returned must meet the following conditions:

  1. Products must be unused, in the original unopened package and in resalable condition.
  2. Products must be packaged so as to arrive at OREC undamaged.
  3. Products must be shipped prepaid and insured for full invoice value.
  4. Products must be of current design.
  5. A copy of the original invoice must accompany the products along with a note explaining the reason for the return.
  6. For all international returns approval must be obtained from OREC prior to returning product to the United States. In addition the customer must provide the following information in English: a statement “Returned merchandise: value declared for customs purposes only. Customers must send a shipment notification to OREC to include the invoice number, shipping details and arrival information.

Custom made products and those produced on special order are not returnable.

OREC’s Customer Returns Department’s evaluation of the condition of products and count are final.

When returning all or part of an order, enclose a copy of the invoice, and return via a traceable, insurable shipping method to:
