Custom Demographic Practice Promotion (CDPP) is database driven marketing through direct mail that enables orthodontists to target highly qualified households, with the actual presence of children of specific ages, in close proximity to their office(s). Every OREC CDPP program is done on an exclusive basis and is customized to client objectives and strategies.
A Demographic Analysis is the starting point for all CDPP Programs. This is a report that utilizes client criteria such as geography, household income and the actual presence of children in the household to provide a snapshot of all pertinent information in the market area. Mapping and drivetime analysis are also included. Once finalized the Demographic Analysis becomes the basis for the client database and mailing list. Personalized Postcards

Personalized postcards can add the recipient's surname to the tagline
on the front of the card and/or to the coupon on the back of the card in
addition to name and address. If your mailing consists of 5000 color post
cards every card we print is unique. The goal of personalization is to do
the best job of gaining your prospects attention. Increased attention leads
to an increase in response and an increase in patient revenue.

about the benefits of orthodontics in general, and the benefits of receiving care
in our office. I was initially concerned about us getting a reputation of being

Customized Postcards

Customized postcards can include your own photo(s) on the front of the card.
Customization also includes card front and back side graphic layout with names,
addresses, phone numbers, websites, logos, maps, copy and coupons. All post cards
printed are the same except for the recipient name and address.
